Description

Hall Current Sensor CJMCU-758 Linear Current Sensor Output Voltage Proportional AC or DC Current

Working voltage: 3 -5V (MAX 8 V)
Static output voltage: VCC/2
Working current: 13.5mA (MAX)
Storage temperature range: -65°C -165°C
The maximum output current (VIOUT-GND): 3mA
Internal bandwidth: 120KHz
Module size: 37mm * 18mm
Feature:
Industry-leading noise performance through patented amplifier and filter design processes
Integrated shielding significantly reduces current conductor-to-wafer capacitive coupling due to high dV/dt signals and prevents bias drift in high-end, high-voltage applications.
Improve total output error rate by temperature gain and offset adjustment
Small package size for easy installation
High reliability monolithic Hall IC
Ultra low power loss: internal conduction resistance 100 μΩ
Insulation design enables economical high-end current sensing in high voltage systems
Meets AEC Q-100 standards
3.0 to 5.5V, single supply operation
120 kHz typical bandwidth
Corresponding to the step input current, the output rise time is 3 μs
Output voltage is proportional to AC or DC current
Calibrated at the factory to ensure accuracy
Extremely stable output offset voltage
Near zero hysteresis
The relationship between voltage output and current input:
VOUT = VOUT(Q) + Vsens x I
VOUT(Q) is the static output voltage, which is VCC/2, which is the output voltage when there is no input. Vsens is a sensor-sensitive scale, also known as a coefficient. I is the current flowing from IP+ to IP-.
For example, suppose the sensor model is 050B, VCC is 5V, and“I” current is 10A, then the output is 5V / 2 + 40mV / A x 10A = 2.9V.
