Infrared Emission Module IR Transmitter Module
This infrared transmitter module is basically a breakout board for an infrared LED with a few other passive components on the board. It includes a series current limiting resistor for the IR LED and a surface mount indication LED with it’s own current limiting resistor. The indication LED allows you to visually tell when the IR LED is being triggered, but is not necessary for final applications.
